Addition and New Outdoor Living Space

These clients wanted to maximise their land space with the removal of an existing freestanding garage, replacing it with a garage that adjoined their home.

The slope of the land allowed for a huge storage area to be constructed beneath the garage.

Great care was taken to match the detail of the existing home to create a seamless result.

The new garage allowed for internal access to the home via a new covered decking area. This deck was created to flow from an existing deck, which was also replaced.
