Addition, Renovation and Restoration

The owners of this home wanted to modify it from a modest 3 bedroom home with no garage, to a four bedroom home with an additional study and a garage.

A new kitchen was installed and the existing entertainers’ deck was extended with the addition of a new pergola.

By request of the owner, the colonial style of the original design of the home was restored through the renovation and followed through in the addition, to create a seamless extension.
